Orders & Shipping

Delivery timelines, charges, tracking, and coverage.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch orders within 24–48 working hours from our Jaipur facility. Delivery typically takes:

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, etc.): 2–4 working days
  • Tier-2 cities: 3–6 working days
  • Remote locations: 5–8 working days

You’ll receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp the moment we hand the parcel to our courier partner.

Do you deliver across India?

Yes – we deliver to 500+ cities pan-India through Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post. If our system doesn’t recognise your pincode at checkout, WhatsApp us and we’ll arrange delivery manually wherever reasonably possible.

What’s the delivery charge?

Shipping is free on all orders above ₹999. Below that, a flat ₹49 shipping fee applies – we don’t upsell fake “free shipping” by inflating prices.

Can I track my order?

Yes. The moment your order is dispatched, you’ll get an email + WhatsApp message with a live tracking link. You can also check the “My Account → Orders” section on this website at any time.

Is there a minimum order value?

No minimum. Order a single 250g pack or a 10-product gift box – we ship either the same way.

02 · Quality & Freshness

Quality & Freshness

How we source, pack, and preserve what reaches you.

Are your products 100% natural?

Yes. No added sugar, no preservatives, no artificial colour, no added oil (unless specified, like our “Roasted & Salted” variants where we use a minimal sea-salt coating). What you see is what was grown.

How do you keep everything fresh?

Three things: (1) we source in smaller, more frequent batches instead of warehousing bulk stock, (2) every pack is vacuum-sealed and nitrogen-flushed at our Jaipur facility, and (3) we only pack when an order comes in – not weeks in advance.

What’s the shelf life?

Shelf life is printed clearly on every pack. General guidance:

  • Nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios): 6–9 months from pack date
  • Dried fruits (dates, figs, apricots, raisins): 9–12 months
  • Gift boxes: as per longest-shelf-life product inside

Once opened, store in a cool, dry, airtight container. Nuts can be refrigerated to extend freshness.

Where do your products come from?

Direct from farms across California (almonds), Iran (pistachios), Turkey (figs, apricots), Kashmir (walnuts), Afghanistan (munakka), and Saudi Arabia (dates). We visit the farms ourselves – no middlemen, no import traders.

Are the packs FSSAI certified?

Yes. Every pack carries our FSSAI license number and manufacturing + expiry dates. Certifications visible on the pack back.

03 · Returns & Refunds

Returns & Refunds

Simple, customer-first return policy.

What if I’m not happy with my order?

We’ll make it right – no long forms, no arguments. If the product quality doesn’t meet your expectations, WhatsApp us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll either replace the item or refund you in full. Your call.

How do I request a return or replacement?

Easiest way: WhatsApp us at +91 95717 53404 with your order number and a short description (photo if relevant). We’ll confirm the return within a few hours and arrange pickup wherever possible.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 24 hours of approving the return. The amount usually reflects in your original payment method within 3–5 working days (bank/UPI/wallet dependent).

What if my package is damaged on delivery?

Take a photo of the damaged package before opening, then WhatsApp us. We’ll replace the full order immediately – no questions. The damage is on us and the courier, not on you.

04 · Bulk & Wholesale

Bulk & Wholesale

For restaurants, hotels, events, retailers, and corporate gifting.

Do you supply in bulk?

Yes – bulk is a big part of what we do. We supply hotels, sweet shops, cafés, caterers, event planners, and retailers across India. See our Contact page for enquiry flow.

What’s the minimum bulk order quantity?
  • Retail bulk (e.g. small cafés, gifting): 10 kg per product
  • Wholesale (restaurants, hotels): 50 kg per product
  • Custom gift boxes: 25 units minimum
  • Distributor / stockist: 100 kg assorted
Do I get wholesale pricing?

Yes. Our wholesale rates are 20–35% lower than the website price, depending on volume and product mix. We’ll send a custom quote within 24 hours of your enquiry.

Can you do custom or white-label packaging?

Yes, for orders above 100 kg per product. We can provide unbranded packs, your-brand labels, or fully custom packaging with your logo and messaging. MOQs and lead times apply.

Do you do corporate gifting for Diwali / Eid / year-end?

Absolutely – corporate gifting is one of our biggest seasonal categories. We can design custom gift boxes with your branding, cards, and delivery to individual employee/client addresses. Plan 3+ weeks in advance for festive seasons to lock in stock and dispatch slots.

05 · Payment

Payment

Ways to pay, security, and cash-on-delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), all major credit and debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets. For bulk orders we also accept direct bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS).

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, COD is available on orders up to ₹5,000 for most pincodes across India. You’ll see the COD option at checkout if your pincode is eligible.

Is it safe to pay online on your site?

Yes. All payments go through Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant) over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We never see or store your card details.

Do you issue GST invoices?

Yes – a GST invoice is included with every order. For bulk / business orders, enter your company GSTIN at checkout and we’ll issue a proper B2B invoice.

06 · Gifting

Gifting

Festive boxes, personal messages, and direct-to-recipient delivery.

Do you have gift boxes?

Yes – our Ammari Festive Gift Box and custom assortments are popular for Diwali, Eid, Karwa Chauth, weddings, and year-end corporate gifting. You can also build your own box by combining any products.

Can I send an order directly to someone else?

Yes. Enter their name, address, and phone as the shipping address at checkout – we’ll deliver directly to them. Add a gift note at checkout and we’ll include it as a hand-written card.

Can I include a personal message?

Yes – add it in the “Gift message” field at checkout. We hand-write it on a branded card and tuck it inside the package.

Can you dispatch to multiple addresses?

Yes, for corporate and bulk gifting. Send us a spreadsheet with addresses and personalisation and we handle the rest. WhatsApp us to start.
