Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
We deliver within 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for other locations across India. Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same day.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes! We deliver to all pin codes across India through our logistics partners. Shipping is free on orders above ₹999.
How is the packaging done?
All products are vacuum-sealed to preserve freshness. They are then packed in sturdy corrugated boxes to prevent damage during transit.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.
Products & Quality
Are your dry fruits 100% natural?
Absolutely. We do not use any preservatives, artificial colours, or additives. Our dry fruits are sourced in their purest form.
Where do you source your products from?
We source directly from farms and orchards across California (almonds), Iran (pistachios), Turkey (figs & apricots), Kashmir (walnuts), Afghanistan (raisins), and Saudi Arabia (dates).
How should I store the dry fruits?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For longer shelf life, refrigerate after opening. Our vacuum-sealed packs stay fresh for up to 6 months unopened.
What is the shelf life?
Unopened vacuum-sealed packs: 6 months. Once opened: consume within 30 days for best freshness (store in airtight container).
Bulk & Wholesale
What is the minimum order for bulk purchases?
Minimum 10kg per product for retail bulk. 50kg per product for wholesale pricing. Custom gift boxes: minimum 25 units.
Do you offer custom packaging?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
If you receive damaged or incorrect products, we offer a full replacement or refund. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
How do I request a return?
Email us at info@ammarifoods.com with your order number and photos. We will process your replacement within 24 hours.
